Swedish Massage: Classic Relaxation & Physical Recovery
A timeless classic designed to melt away everyday stress and revitalise the body.
Service Description
A timeless classic designed to melt away everyday stress and revitalise the body. This full-body treatment uses rhythmic, flowing strokes (effleurage) combined with kneading and circular movements to improve blood circulation and stimulate the lymphatic system. Beyond simple relaxation, this session is focused on reducing cortisol levels and flushing out metabolic waste from the muscles. Whether you are dealing with the fatigue of a busy London lifestyle or simply need a physical "reset," this massage provides a perfect balance of soothing touch and physiological revival. It is the ideal entry point for those looking to improve their general wellbeing and restore a sense of harmony between mind and body. Good to know Customisable Pressure: While Swedish massage is traditionally light-to-medium, the pressure can be adjusted to your personal comfort level. Professional Draping: To ensure your comfort and privacy, professional draping techniques are used throughout the session; only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Post-Session Glow: You may feel a slight "massage brain" (deep relaxation) after the session, so give yourself a few minutes before rushing back into a busy environment. Expert Touch: This session is performed by a highly qualified practitioner with a deep understanding of anatomy, ensuring a safe and effective experience. Restrictions First Trimester: Not suitable for clients in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Acute Illness: Please reschedule if you have a fever, contagious skin condition, or flu-like symptoms. Recent Injury: Not recommended for those with acute inflammation or fractures sustained within the last 4-6 weeks.
